Early Achievers' Learning Center recognizes the significance of parent involvement and cooperation in providing students the best education possible. Thus, to enhance these relations, the Parent-Teacher Association was established in 1995. Over the years, the PTA will do more than just be a communication channel. The PTA would evolve to become a powerful ally and partner, committed to working hand in hand with EALC, not just for the best interests of the children, but the school's growth and progress itself.
Each year, the EALC-PTA conceptualizes projects that enrich the learning experience of EALC students and attends to their success. These projects would also soon expand exposure of the school and prove that EALC means business when it comes to quality educational experience. Over the years, the PTA launched projects that attended to the needs of the poor and the needy foremost of which was the "Prince and Princess Achievers" which raised funds for the Bantay Bata Foundation among other worthwhile projects. It had also began the tradition of releasing newsletters (called "Young Achievers") and yearbooks in order to preserve the memories and achievements the school has made. Furthermore were the exciting sponsorships of movie premieres such as "James and the Giant Peach" and Repertory Productions such as "Jack and the Beanstalk", "Beauty and the Beast", "Aladdin, Jr.", "Snow White" and "The Sound of Music.". Along these were also the fun and memorable out-of-town bonding activities for the family such as the "Family Splash Day" in Splash Island and the Family Fun Days in Fontana, Pampanga, Enchanted Kingdom and Clearwater Country Club in Clark, Pampanga.
Clearly, the PTA did more than just improve relations between parents and the school, it had also contributed to the wonderful tradition of excellence of Early Achievers Learning Center not just for educating children but everyone involved.
