1. A Parent is required to attend the Orientation before the child may take the Diagnostic Test and enroll in the program.
    
   
2. After attending the Orientation, the student takes the Diagnostic Test, and the results are discussed by the Chief Instructor immediately after with the parent.
    
   
3. Once the Chief Instructor has determined the Starting Point, the parent may then:
   
   - Fill up the Enrolment Form
   - Pay the Registration fee, Monthly Tuition fee, and Center deposit.

4. The parent may then select the student's preferred schedule based on the available slots in the center. Reservation of slots is in a First Come, First Served basis.

Note:

• The Registration Fee is used to maintain student information, so that if the student transfers to another location, s/he will be able to continue E.nopi without any inconvenience.
   
  It also provides a wide range of services like education, information via the internet, the E.nopi newsletter, and varied E.nopi events for members.
  
  The fee is non-refundable, and is applicable to a student who enrolls for the first time or after being absent for 6 months in a row. On the other hand, the Registration Fee is NOT applicable to a student who is already enrolled and merely takes on a second subject or a student who is transferring to or from another E.nopi Center.
  
 
• The Monthly Tuition Fee is due in advance and must be paid by the end of the previous month, in order for the Center to order the student's materials for the coming month.
  
 
• Failure to pay the Monthly Tuition Fee will lead to automatic termination by the Center, which means that the instructor will have to stop giving textbooks/worksheets to the student.
