Our Assistant Directress

As time goes on, Early Achievers’ Learning Center has been finding ways to adapt to the changing world. Our family is constantly growing so we can reach out to more communities and provide our students the most updated curriculum by introducing more activities, more programs, and more people who would be helping us improve the school by contributing fresh new ideas.

For this we have to make some organizational changes, the latest of which is the appointment of an Assistant Directress, Ms. Ina R. Balani, Ed. M.

Ms. Balani has quite a number of accomplishments to her name both in the academic and the educational fields. She took her graduate studies in De La Salle University, Manila where she earned a Master of Arts in Education, major in Educational Management. Ms. Balani has also completed various certifications of English proficiency in Oxford, United Kingdom and Singapore. She is a candidate for a doctoral degree in the National Institute of Education based in Singapore, majoring in Educational Management.

Her several teaching experiences also speak for themselves. Ms. Balani has taught in The One School Entrepreneurial Education in Makati, the International Business Management & Education Center in Singapore, the College of the Holy Spirit in Manila and lastly the Lincolnshire Internationale Preschool in Ortigas Center, Philippines. Ms. Balani was a Directress for School Administration in Mahatma Gandhi International School-Manila, the School Directress of Lincolnshire Internationale Preschool and the Academic Development Head of International Business Management & Education Center. She is an associate of the International Reading Association, the Association of Early Childhood Educators International, the Pre-Elementary Educators of the Philippines, the Reading Association of the Philippines and the Teachers Organization of the Philippines

Immediately after her appointment, Ms. Balani wasted no time in preparing programs for this school year. She spearheaded a book fair held in Sgt. Rivera and Bel-Air last March 4-8, 2008. No doubt she will have much more in store and needless to say, EALC is very excited to have Ms. Balani to the family.
