APPLICATION DETAILS

1. Fill out an application form in the school office completely. This form cannot be brought home.
   
 
2. An interview/assessment date will be set for you and your child after you submit a completed application form.
   
 
3. On the day of your interview and your child's assessment, bring the requirements for the application to EALC:
   
   - 3 pieces 2x2 or passport size colored pictures
   - a photocopy of the child's birth certificate
   - a photocopy of the child's immunization record.
   
   All the requirements must be ready for submission on the day of the interview.
   
 
4. Before the interview and assessment, proceed to the school cashier to pay the reservation fee of P10,000.00. This amount is deductible from the tuition fee. You are encouraged to pay the reservation fee at this time because the morning slots fill up quickly. Priority listing will be based on the date of the official receipt and not on the date of application.
   
   This condition HOLDS ONLY UNTIL the enrolment period. You need to pay the full tuition fee during the enrolment period. Failure to do so would mean non-reservation of your slot. Please bear in mind that the reservation fee is non-refundabe.
   
 
5. Payment of tuition fee cannot be pro-rated. Quarterly payments must be accompanied with a postdated check dated 60 days after the first check. Upon payment of the full tuition fee, your child is formally accepted in EALC. Thus, parents will be required to attend the Orientation Meeting, the date of which will be announced by mail or telephone. The Orientation Meeting is very important because the school's approach to education will be discussed thoroughly.

SCHOOL UNIFORMS
School uniforms will be available during the enrolment period. Your child needs a pair of white socks and black shoes to wear with the uniform.

SNACKS
Snacks are not provided by the school due to health reasons. You will have to prepare the snack that your child will bring to school.

PARENT-TEACHER'S ASSOCIATION
You will be required to pay P600/year or P300/semester as a membership fee to EALC PTA. The Parent-Teacher's Association conducts various family activities for the teachers, parents and students, and failure to pay the membership fee will forfeit your child's privilege to attend all of these activities.

E.NOPI MATH AND ENGLISH PROGRAMS
EALC also offers two supplementary programs in Math and English to all students, from preschool to high school levels. You may enroll your children in these programs anytime of the year. Our senior nursery and kinder students may take either of these programs after class. Each program's tuition is P1980/month.

TUTORIAL SERVICES
The school offers tutorial services to the older brothers and sisters of our students. However, we do not allow our teachers to tutor our own students. We charge P2000.00 for English and P1500.00 for Chinese.

OTHERS
We offer a special rate for the afternoon classes. We also offer classes for children with special needs in the afternoon. You may inquire about this from our school's Program Coordinator or Supervisor.
